ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are recruiting a CEO for a successful software company headquartered in Gothenburg, the company provides the market with its own proprietary automation and integration platform (iPaaS), combined with expert advisory services within digitalization, business integration, and process automation.
The company works with approximately one hundred Nordic companies, primarily Swedish, as well as a selected portfolio of well-established brands across multiple industries.
The company’s market offering is structured into three business segments:
- Integration Platform
An integration and automation platform that connects systems, data, and business processes. The platform can be deployed in the cloud, on-premise, or in hybrid environments. - Integration Projects
Integration experts who digitalize, develop, and automate customer processes based on business requirements. - Support & Services
A Service Center ensuring that customers’ integrations and business-critical processes operate reliably and efficiently.
Today, the company has around 40 employees, a strong corporate culture, and a healthy organization. It is now entering an exciting growth phase with a clear focus on new customer acquisition and a more commercially driven culture — the next chapter for an already successful business.
THE ROLE AND YOUR MISSION
As CEO, you will have full responsibility for the company’s operations, strategy, and financial performance. You will be accountable for achieving the company’s business objectives — including growth, profitability, and employee satisfaction — while building the culture and organizational capabilities required for long-term success.
You will report directly to the Group Leader and have direct leadership responsibility for the members of the management team. You will act as the public face of the company and serve as an active relationship and network builder, equally comfortable engaging with customers and partners as leading internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed business targets related to growth, profitability (EBITA), customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Drive forecasting processes and ensure operational delivery against targets.
- Lead strategic initiatives within business development, product strategy, pricing, and customer relationships.
- Strengthen the company’s commercial orientation and ensure a strong business focus beyond the technical domain.
- Ensure that processes, organizational structure, and resources are aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Develop and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy together with the CSO.
- Actively evolve the pricing model and strengthen the company’s position as a supplier within a global group structure.
- Manage recruitment, talent development, leadership succession, and organizational capability building.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and quarterly business reviews toward Constellation Software as a publicly listed organization.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of driving change management growth.
- Full P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen, including experience with financial reporting.
- Operational experience in developing business and customer relationships across the Nordic region.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives that create growth and profitability.
- Background from the software industry (IT / technology / software).
- Experience managing organizational change and transformation.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from organizations with proprietary product development.
- Experience working within a publicly listed company or corporate group environment.
- Relevant post-secondary education.
